Parcel check upon receiving not allowed

You can cancel your order within an hour of placing the order by sending a message to our Instagram account @la_donnza. Please provide your order reference number.

In the case of receiving defected or wrong product item, you have to send us a message within 12 hours after receiving the parcel with image of the defected/ wrong product. Then, it can be exchanged within 7 working days after receiving the defected product and delivery fees will be handled by our side.

In case of not reporting the wrong or defected product within the stated period of time. The product will not be subject to refund or exchange.
